By accessing and using Coloring.at, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Coloring.at provides AI-powered image transformation services including:

• Converting photos into printable coloring pages
• Transforming children's drawings into downloadable 3D-style character images
• Colorizing black and white images into full color images
• Download and print functionality for generated content

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

• Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically
• Credit balances do not expire
• Each generation consumes one credit unless otherwise stated
• Refunds are not provided for credit purchases; technical issues will be addressed by support
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Content Guidelines

• Inappropriate, offensive, or adult content
• Copyrighted material you don't own
• Images containing personal information of others
• Content that violates applicable laws
• Content that is not suitable for children
• Spam or automated uploads
• The generation will cancel and not give you a refund if you violate these terms

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original uploaded images
• Generated transformations are licensed to you for personal use
• You may print, share, and use generated content for non-commercial purposes
• Commercial use requires written permission
• Coloring.at retains all rights to the service and technology

Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• AI processing times may vary based on demand
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

Limitation of Liability

Coloring.at is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or unsatisfactory results.

• Access your generated images anytime through the Gallery page
• Download or print your creations as needed
• Delete individual images with a single click
• Stored generated images are deleted when you terminate your account
• We do not use your generated content for any purpose other than providing it to you

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Unused credits are gone forever when you delete your account
